Product Specifications:

Properties: Grayish-white powder (granules) with a slight odor, non-toxic. Specific gravity 1.31-1.34, melting point above 98°C. Soluble in benzene, toluene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, dichloromethane, acetone, and ethyl acetate; slightly soluble in ethanol; insoluble in water, dilute acids, dilute alkalis, and gasoline.
Applications: CZ is a highly active delayed-action accelerator with excellent scorch resistance, safe processing, and short vulcanization time. It exhibits strong acceleration above 138°C. Often used as a secondary accelerator in combination with WIlLING TMTD, WIlLING DPG, or other basic accelerators. Basic accelerators such as thiurams and dithiocarbamates can enhance its activity. Mainly used in the production of industrial rubber products like tires, hoses, rubber shoes, and cables.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper-plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags, or bulk flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC).
Storage: Store in a single layer in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Stacking may cause abnormal compression or granule breakage. High humidity or temperature may lead to decomposition. Shelf life: 1 year.
